Bitterness and spiciness are in perfect balance: a very slight bitterness and a hint of spiciness are perceived on the palate, harmonizing well with the overall predominantly sweet taste and olfactory sensations.

FOGLIA VERDE Bio: Ideal for seasoning simple warm bread, tasty bruschettas, vegetable crudités, raw fish, fresh cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta, fish soups, white meats, fish carpaccio and vegetable-based first courses. Perfect for a light sauté, for frying and as a butter substitute in desserts such as donuts, tarts and plumcakes.

Its natural bitter and spicy notes are perfect for tastefully enhancing dishes with grilled or boiled vegetables, legume soups, grilled red meats, carpaccio and meat tartare, baked game, mixed salads, and wild vegetables.
